Please be advised that the Academic Affairs and Research Management System (AARMS) implemented login changes on 26 September 2024. Note the following changes and follow the provided instructions to access AARMS.

NHLS Users:

All NHLS employees should click Forgot or Reset Username/Password? and follow the prompts. You will receive an email with an auto-assigned username and password.

Non-NHLS employees:

If you registered on AARMS before January 2022, click Forgot or Reset Username/Password? and follow the prompts.
If you registered on AARMS from January 2022 or have never registered before, click Register to create a new account.

NB: Due to the impact of a cyberattack, some AARMS data captured after January 2022 may be unavailable. NHLS IT continues to explore possible data-restoration options.
